Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service within the continental United States only. Please provide a physical mailing address (no PO Boxes), and allow 7-10 business days for arrival. 

Orders up to $32.00 will incur a $15.00 shipping charge.
Order from $32.01 to $84.99 will incur an $8.00 shipping charge.
Orders over $85.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

RETURNS

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. 

Damaged items are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Please contact orders@royall-bermuda.com for resolution.

Shipments are insured by UPS; please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any lost, stolen or damaged packages to UPS.
